Please note that if you register using our online form, a receipt will be emailed to you after your credit card is charged. Everyone will receive a paper receipt in your pre-registration envelope at the meeting.

IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE CHECK YOUR MEMBERSHIP STATUS BY CALLING 614-292-9207 OR CHECK OUR MEMBER DIRECTORY BEFORE SELECTING YOUR REGISTRATION FEE. THE YEAR NEXT TO YOUR NAME SHOULD BE 2008 OR LATER. IF YOU ARE NOT CURRENT AND WISH TO RENEW OR JOIN NOW, PLEASE SUBMIT A MEMBERSHIP FORM AT THE SAME TIME AS YOUR REGISTRATION SO WE CAN GIVE YOU THE MEMBER REGISTRATION RATE. IF YOU DO NOT AND YOU ARE NOT A CURRENT MEMBER, WE WILL CHARGE YOU THE NON-MEMBER RATE.

NOTES ABOUT MEMBERSHIP:

1. Please remember we are on a calendar year. If you pay dues now, it will only be valid until December 31 of this year. However, we will still send your journals and newsletters from earlier this year, pending availability.


2. We will be switching our membership forms to the 2009 calendar year on September 2, 2008. If you wait to register and you join or renew at that time, we can still give you the member registration rate for this year's meeting. We still ask that you submit both forms at the same time.
